Spring

This week is going to be wonderful. The weather is going into the double digits. Anyone living in Canada knows what that means. Sweater weather...YES! Easter is around the corner and lillies, daffodils and lots of other spring flowers will start popping up all over. You can smell the sweet aroma of spring in the air. It's inspiring and uplifting after living through the cold of winter. My heart sings and I lose my winter depression pants and get into the stilettos and capris. It makes me giddy. Such a silly lady I am. The weather really affects me, I am so excited for spring. I am painting again. Finished one two weeks ago and starting a new one. Trying to promote my website more on www.kijiji.ca and soon will be on www.deviantart.com.

The movies

Kassy and I get to have a nice Saturday without daddy because he is off skiing with the boys. We will watch "Alice" the new Tim Burton film. I can't wait I love all his movies, he is very creative and dark in his depictions. Dan and I got to watch "Avitar" recently, an amazing film, the first I've ever seen in 3-D. I was the only idiot in the audience swatting at the dust floating by my face. It took me a few minutes and Dan laughing at me to catch on the it was the movie dust I was trying to bat away. LOL! Yes, that was really a blonde moment if ever.

Winter cold go away

We have been having teaser weather around here. Yesterday it was 7 degrees and I took the dogs for two long walks on my day off. It was lovely except the mud which I had to wash off the dogs after each walk. I just want to wear sandles and go to the beach. Ughhh!!! Winter blues, I have them every year. I find going to the tanning bed a few times a week helps but I burnt my leg so I haven't been able to go until it heals so I'm oh so blue. HAHA! Not overly I just want some heat please.
